Cleaning Plus Package Includes: - Key hold service (Anyone who needs access to the house eg alarm companies/ insurance/ deliveries etc can contact me to arrange appointments) . - Regular checks on the property. (To inspect any incidents or security issues and water any indoor house plants). Check the post box. - Provide emergency contact for urgent issues or security matters or general concerns. - Arrange urgent and general repairs and maintenance for the property. - With authorisation can collect any notices or deal with general issues regarding all utilities/car fines etc . * (Property checks included in fee.
